Sunday markets are the best in the west
Our West Market hosted its Sunday market at the Gateway Society.
Sun, shades, and good vibes were oozing in the air at Our West Rand Market hosted at The Gateway Society in Ruimsig recently.
According to Bevin Peterson, the owner of West Rand Market, it is always known for bringing authentic energy to its audience.
“We had a slight delay beginning of the year, but we are up and running again. We had a great response to vendors, and I feel like the market will become a success,” he says.
Locals could enjoy the amazing music of DJ Shawny B (Shawn Bickerton) featuring a performance by Luna South Africa who graced the crowd with her warm and beautiful voice.
The next market is set to take place on April 7 with a Pirates of the Caribbean theme.
