Garden World blesses mothers on their day
Garden World hosted a Mother's Day market to honour and celebrate them.
Mother’s Day was truly a beautiful occasion at Garden World Nursery as families gathered to honour and celebrate the incredible mothers in their lives while indulging in a feast of delicious food together.
Lizz Meiring, a well-known writer, actor, and director in the entertainment world, hosted one of her well-known markets on Mother’s Day while mothers received wholesome gifts from their children and husbands.
Mother’s Day is celebrated on the second Sunday in May and it is a day to show appreciation and love for mothers and mother figures, including grandmothers, stepmoms, and other maternal figures.
Lizz hosts such markets very often, and this one was no different, as she entertained the guests and delivered inspiring messages to mothers about supporting their children’s aspirations.
“Every one of us is genetically wired differently,” she said.
“Some people would be good in the arts, sports, math, and languages, and mothers would have to accept each other’s talents and shortcomings. So today I was preaching to the mothers to encourage them to support their children and realise their dreams are not the child’s dreams. They are killing the kids.”
