“The outcome of this project will uplift the staff morale and the patients will be cared for in a conducive environment.”

The Accident and Emergency area is receiving a facelift.

For smooth operation of the healthcare services, the temporary repurposing of operational space within the hospital is happening as follows:

• The Accident and Emergency area has been moved to the Outpatient Department
• Phedisong Clinic will be used as a temporary Outpatient Department
• The services for Phedisong Clinic will be received at the Male Medical Circumcision Area

“Discussions are held with the other health care facilities to assist in case of sudden disasters, or when the institution experiences high turnover of patients. It is envisaged that the proposed time frame for this project is six weeks and the work will be carried out without compromising service delivery and quality health care,” Puseletso said.
