Alberton mother missing: Car found abandoned in Krugersdorp

A young mother from Alberton has been missing since July 30, with her car later found abandoned in Krugersdorp. Her family is pleading for answers.

A family from Alberton is appealing to the West Rand community for help in locating their loved one, Samkelisiwe Ntinga (32), who has been missing since July 30.

According to her sister, Lungile Hlubi, Samkelisiwe’s vehicle was found abandoned in the Krugersdorp CBD during the early hours of Thursday, August 7.

Lungile added that her sister lives in Leopard Rest Estate in Alberton and is the mother of a one-year-old girl.

“Her whereabouts remain unknown, and her phones have been off since the day she disappeared,” she told the Krugersdorp News.

Lungile also confirmed that a missing person case has been opened.

The News reached out to the police for comment, but no response was received at the time of publication.
