Student protest erupts in Krugersdorp West

Traffic has been brought to a halt as students voice their frustrations in the streets of Krugersdorp West.

A protest is currently underway outside a college in Krugersdorp West.

The Krugersdorp News is on the scene at 09:20 on April 20 at the corner of Flemming Avenue and Harmony Street, where dozens of students are protesting. One protester said the action is due to funding disputes.

Flemming Avenue is currently blocked, and motorists are advised to avoid the area. No authorities are on scene.
