Cradle of Hope preschool wins big award, again
The Cradle of Hope's preschool programme, Cradle-Tjokkertjies for Jesus, has won the National Pre-school of Excellence Award yet again.
For the second consecutive year, the Cradle of Hope’s community pre-school, Cradle-Tjokkertjies for Jesus, has been awarded the prestigious title of National Pre-school of Excellence during the Play with a Purpose annual awards ceremony.
CEO of The Cradle of Hope, Melodie van Brakel, explains that this school is one of their programmes that caters for the less fortunate and that parents do not pay school fees.
No other school has achieved this milestone consecutively.
“This national recognition is nothing short of extraordinary for a community preschool operating on a charity budget,” she happily said.
She gave a heartfelt thank you to their staff’s selfless volunteers, incredible donors, supportive parents, and of course, their precious children, who have made this remarkable achievement possible.
“Your unwavering passion, hard work, and generosity have propelled us to greatness. Together, we continue to prove that anything is possible with love, dedication, and community support. Here’s to even greater heights for the school,” she concluded.
