Paid parking at Key West?

Coenie Bekker from Rangeview writes:

I have been going to Key West shopping centre for the last eight years and was very glad about the new changes that management announced two years ago. They did not say, however, that they would be charging for undercover parking as soon as the work has been completed.

I have the following questions: The open parking is free and thank you for that, but old people and anybody who wants to shop at Key West must walk a long distance from the middle of the building left or right to go and shop. But, if you want to eat at the restaurant you have to park in the undercover parking and pay for parking seeing that all the restaurants are at the far side of building.

The shops and restaurants need feet to make money but if you want my business and money why should I pay to park in the underground parking? Many other shopping malls do not charge me for parking.

I will never shop at Key West again if I must pay for undercover parking and I am not the only client that feels that way.
