Disgusted with judge’s decision

Jeff Benson from Krugersdorp writes:

I was so disgusted, disgruntled and perplexed by the decision taken by judge Masipa.

Oscar Pistorius shot his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp four times with a gun (four bullets) killing her.

He, Pistorius says he mistook his girlfriend for an intruder. How? Because they were only two people, Pistorius and Steenkamp.

How can someone get into a place that is patrolled 24/7 and has camera/ footage spinning. Did he make the security personnel aware of the intruder? Did he fire a warning shot? How the bullets followed each other shows he was intending to kill.

Didn’t she scream? Yes she did. When he armed himself with a gun and walked towards the toilet, where was his girlfriend? Did he search for her (protect)?

A toilet is not as big as a dining room or kitchen where you can fire four bullets at close range. A toilet is just like a cubicle. You can not miss that person/ intruder behind the closed door with two or more bullets if you intend to kill him or her. So Pistorius was exonerated from a murder charge to culpable homicide. Didn’t he kill his girlfriend? Yes he did.

For me the sentence is inappropriate; five years plus eligible to appeal after eights months. Is that justice or justified?
