Pathetic service from local municipality

I have been trying to call Mogale City’s Water Department for two days and have been pushed from pillar to post.

I am sick of the pathetic service we as residents who pay our water and lights are getting.

Government wants to give rural areas basic sanitary services for free, but we who pay our water and lights every month and pay our taxes so that the rural areas can leach off hard-working people, don’t even get our basic needs met.

The Noordheuwel area once again has been sitting without water pressure since late November. If my geysers burn out due to the fact that there is no water I will have Mogale City replace them. No warnings are given and no one ever is seen working on the matters.

In fact ever since the repairs or upgrades were done on the reservoirs at Krugersdorp High School there hardly has been pressure in our pipes.
