I stay in a block of flats in Fourth Street in Krugersdorp North. Some of the people living there have small children. There are shops below us and a pub.
I am writing this because we as tenants have had enough.
People just don’t seem to take others into consideration. They seem to enjoy the discomfort and anger they cause us with the noise they make late at night – revving their motorbikes and cars, and playing loud music at whatever hour.
The parking area is a public area so any one can park there while shopping or whenever they want.
What can we do to stop these disturbers; we can do only so much and no more.
How will they feel if we stand outside their homes making a hell of a noise?
