I had to visit Sassa in Krugersdorp and the service I received from the entire staff was of such an outstanding nature that I simply have to make it known.
In general the service was quick, effective and extremely professional and I was in and out in the least amount of time possible. However, I have to mention the name of Xoliswa Nocanda, with whom I particularly had to meet.
She was friendly, professional and very efficient. She went out of her way to answer all of my questions in a very friendly way and never showed any signs that she was irritated by my presence.
Such professionalism and friendliness are indeed hard to find these days. In this day and age, when service in many places have all but ceased to exist, dealing with Sassa was nothing but a huge pleasure.
