I am writing due to my daily frustrations of trying to get to work, made even more impossible by the constant road works on the N14.
I do understand it has to be done, however, even trying to get to work using alternative routes proves a nightmare as robots are out and not in sync and so forth.
I now travel to Lanseria via Peter Road and have noticed on numerous occasions that the traffic backs up to Maragon School or Monash University due to the few cars that are turning right into Short Road.
The majority of the traffic is travelling straight.
I was just wondering if a small part of road at the robot could be extended onto the grass area to enable the cars travelling straight to pass the cars that are turning?
I know this definitely would alleviate the unnecessary congestion on Peter Road.
