I would like to give acknowledgement and thanks to two restaurants, one in Kenmare and one in Krugersdorp North.
I have taken my grandfather, Ernst Sachse, who is 104, to both establishments. He has a hankering for crumbed mushrooms every other week. And it is great to get him out. Both places have easy access and it’s not too far for him to walk.
He takes such pleasure from having what he would like.
At both places, I have been helped enormously without my grandfather feeling that he is an invalid, which he is not. Just old. When we asked to have the tartar sauce made thicker so that it would “stick” to the mushrooms, it was done without an excuse.
Thank you to both establishments for being helpful and pleasant.
