Audacious theft occurring at license department

Dieter Drescher from Krugersdorp writes:

I went to the licence department at the beginning of September to renew my licence as it had expired while I was working out of the country.

I went to the department without photos as I was told I could get photos taken there.

A woman with an attitude took my photo, and told me that I would need four photos, while in actual fact only one photo was needed.

After the photos were taken she convinced me with the help of the security guard to take eight photos for an extra R20.

I then gave her R100 as I did not have change. She then took a pile of cash from inside her bra and proceeded to give me change for the R100. I was then hastily told to leave without any form of receipt of payment.

For her to accumulate the rolls of money that were taken out of her bra in one day, can you imagine how many people she must be ripping off?
