I would just like to make a suggestion that the Paper Pick Up that normally occurs on Mondays should be done on another day.
The problem is that our garbage collection is also on a Monday, so what happens is that the bin diggers also take the paper and cardboard before the Ronnie Pick Up bags are collected. They even take the green bags that are provided, to place all their articles inside. We have found that they also go through private papers to get information regarding the residents, which we do not want.
I am making a plea to do the Ronnie Paper Pick Up on another day for our area – I think the pick up is a great idea, but it’s done on the wrong day.
