Today I want to write a letter of special appreciation and thanks.
In current times, we meet people and we tend to forget to stop for a while to say thank you. I had the privilege to meet such a person [not long ago]. She was not just professional, but her compassion for the people and her co-workers is the total reflection of who she is. They call them angels, and to me she was that angel.
One of these angels is Vellah Marumo from Home Affairs in Krugersdorp. With her calm and collected professional manner she handled my case, which at times looked like an impossible task given the time frames at Head Office. She kept me calm when I just wanted to give up on the system, and my case was resolved within the time frames she promised. She returned every call and was always punctual.
Vellah, you are indeed an angel to the Home Affairs system, and a huge asset! I will refer you any day. Please accept my letter of appreciation. You were a prayer answered through God. More people like you are sincerely needed.
