What a mission impossible!

Why oh why were online appointments/ scheduling implemented at our licensing departments?

This will force me to drive with an expired licence! No normal working person with any responsibilities will manage to get an open slot. I cannot check that website daily for slots to open and Krugersdorp in particular has not had any open slots for months!

I am not going to Vereeniging, the only testing centre in the entire Gauteng with available slots today. I reside in Krugersdorp and I want to renew my licence here.

It worked perfectly when one could just arrive early at the testing centre, wait in line, spend two or three hours and it was done.

This is not an improvement!
