You are a chemical miracle. Inside of everyone of us is a complex set of chemicals that the mind can release in response to any situation or circumstance.
We have a love or bonding chemical that is released when a woman gives birth to a child. Another chemical that the mind releases prepares us for fight or flight.
The muscles tense up, ready for action. Many other chemicals can be released in response to any and every eventuality. Anger, disappointment or fear each has a chemical response to prepare us for the situation.
Isn’t this an amazing proof that you are not a chemical accident? You are an engineering miracle. Complex and complete, created by a Designer. It does seem like with any chemical drug, too much can cause harm.
If you live in constant fear, you may be exposing yourself to an overdose of a good chemical that may, if not limited, cause harm.If mind over matter is so powerful, it may be a good reason to limit your exposure to things that cause fear.
Feeding your mind on a good diet of love and joy may be the key to health, wealth and happiness. Amen
