I just want to share my pleasant experience at Mogale City accounts offices.

The property was registered in our name on August 11, 2021.

Due to my disability the security guard made me sit at an unoccupied customer-service counter as there was a customer at the new-accounts counter.

Ricardo, the official dealing with opening new accounts came to the customer-service counter where I was waiting and assisted me. He went the extra mile to ensure that the account was opened.
