All traffic users should be more apprehensive at that intersection. We should be holding every one accountable. There should be no heavy-duty vehicles using that hill … no matter how many break sections you install for them, it will never be effective.

The light motor vehicles are also very irresponsible and going at excessive speeds and being negligent.

As a community, we should stand up and demand better application of road rules and better metro presence all day.
