Kickboxers take medals home

Four kickboxers from Krugersdorp Kickboxing Club recently received awards after excelling at a kickboxing tournament which was held in Potchefstroom on 25 May.

Rodrich Chaba won the under 60kg category, Ishmail Masuku won the under 70kg category, their shihan Mosito Mphaphathi received an honour award for his contribution to the martial art sport in the country from shihan Trevor Clark who is the World Kickboxing Association Representative in Africa and the president of South African Sport Combat Association (Sasca).

Mkhululi Ndaba won the under 50kg category and Mogale Matlhoko won the under 80kg category.

“All the fighters have made the club very proud,” commented shihan Mpaphathi.
