Besides being a personal trainer and conditioning coach with a Mrs SA semi-finalist, Janine van Loggerenberg Ferreira he trains up to seven days per week.

He believes what you eat in private you wear in public, which is his driving force behind his fitness mission.

His fitness journey kicked off five years ago and has lead him to the point where he eats a total of 10 meals a day, with the first meal at 4am.

“You can’t just eat whatever you want. My eating plan has a balance of specific foods, good proteins and carbohydrates.”

One of his fitness secrets also includes drinking four litres of water a day.

He recently took ‘box jumping’ to the next level by recording himself doing a single squat jump onto the roof of his vehicle.

His real secret to achieving his fitness success and goals is absolute discipline and he simply does not cheat. The proof is in his body, not in the pudding.
