Bowling pairs take top spot

The Krugersdorp Bowling Club (KBC) held its annual Mens’ and Ladies’ pairs competition recently.

After two days of fierce competition and some great bowls, the finals of the competition were played between Lones Osborne and Denise Clarence against Shauna Sliep and Kirstin Leader (Ladies) and Cobus Smit and Rick van Zyl against Jaco van Deventer and Coenie Pieterse (Mens).

With the KBC mascot, Haley Leader, looking on, the eventual winners were Lones and Denise and Jaco and Coenie.
