Help Owami get to the UK

He was invited on the tour after he performed exceptionally well at the Westville Rugby Festival earlier this year.

A selected team of top rugby players that participated in the Westville U/11 and U/13 Rugby Festival will embark on a specialised rugby tour to the United Kingdom in December.

Travel and Sport, an internationally recognised tour operator, is offering Owami Phambuka from Monument Primary School a chance to accompany other top players on an organised rugby tour.

This tour will see the team travelling to the UK where they will compete in several matches.

The tour has been specifically constructed to expose the participants not only to the sport essence of the people and offerings of the UK, but also to the prospective opportunities available to them. The total cost of the tour is R42 000.

Owami’s relatives are appealing to and encouraging the various organisations approached by the players to offer them corporate sponsorships that will assist them to achieve further sporting excellence through international exposure.
