Local boxer stuns the country

This is a very big achievement for Morgan since he has only been boxing for the past three years.

Recently 21-year-old Morgan Hunter did the Krugersdorp West Boxing Club proud when he competed in his first SA Boxing Championships in Secunda.

After fighting three fights in the heavyweight division, he walked away with a silver on Tuesday, 3 July. This is a very big achievement for Morgan, since he has only been boxing for the past three years.

He said that he would like to use his talents to make it to professional level or to qualify for the next Olympics, to be held in 2020.

His coach, Donavin Dullisear, and the rest of the club, are very proud of him and trust that he will reach great heights.
