Nianza is a karate force

Her plan is to continue training hard and to reach her third Dan by the time she is 30.

A young girl from Pro Practicum School is making her school proud.

Nianza Tshabalala has been doing karate for the past eight years and has achieved her second brown belt. In 2018 she went to Scotland with the Gauteng karate team to compete in an international karate tournament.

She is a natural at the sport and according to her she has skipped a few belts because of her talent for the sport.

Her plan is to continue training hard and to reach her third Dan by the time she is 30.

Apart from karate she is a member of most of her school’s sports teams in her age group, but currently she is training extra hard for a karate championship in which she will participate in March.

To some extent her other sports, such as athletics, also help her train for the karate championships.
