KHS’ Best of the West tourney held again!
KHS recently hosted its annual Best of the West netball tournament where five teams competed.
It’s that time of the year again. The school netball season is back and Krugersdorp High School (KHS) once again hosted their acclaimed Best of the West primary school tournament.
“It was wonderful to see the smiling faces of children participating in a fun-filled day of sport,” Lauren Jooste-Coetsee, KHS Marketing Director said about the event.
This year’s Best of the West unfortunately was significantly smaller than in previous years, featuring only five schools – Laerskool Muldersdrif, Helderkruin, Fairlands, Bryanston Parallel and Cornwall Hill.
“A great day of comradery and great sponsorship was had by all,” said Lauren. “Even more special was the fact that our children had the opportunity to play the game they so love after what has felt like an incredibly long year. A special thanks to all who made sure the festival was a success.”
