On Friday April 29, Krugersdorp High School (KHS) played in a fantastic All Sports event against Fourways High School away from home. It was an evenly matched afternoon of sport which saw both schools pouring their hearts and souls out on the courts, field and astro turf.

According to marketing director at KHS, Lauren Jooste-Coetsee, “There is no greater privilege that we have learned to cherish than getting onto the sports field once again after what has been an extensive hiatus due to the pandemic. Further to this, the spirit that was displayed by the learners of KHS was fantastic! They were great ambassadors for the school. We look forward to hosting Fourways High School next year at KHS.”

Curro Krugersdorp Primary School recently hosted a mini netball (Gr R-3) and rugby clinic (Gr R-7) recently. According to their official Facebook page, “The mini netball clinic was facilitated by the one and only Jenni-Lee Delport. Jenni-Lee is an NSA level 3 accredited coach. She was also the assistant coach for the Gauteng Jaguars at the Brutal Fruit Premier League Champions in 2018 and the head coach of the Limpopo Baobabs during the Brutal Fruit Premier League in 2019. Over and above that, she is also a National Coach Developer for Netball South Africa. The rugby clinic held on the same day, was led by various experts from our own school and parent community including our high school rugby coaches”.
