Young equestrian named Gauteng West’s Top High School Achiever during awards evening

Local young equestrian bags six medals and two titles during awards gala.

Kendra Forsyth, an equestrian from Glover Paddocks, proudly accepted six medals, first place in the overall top 10 high school riders, and was named Top High School Achiever during the South African National Equestrian Schools Association’s Gauteng West Awards on August 8.

Forsyth won four gold medals as well as two bronze during the evening after she competed in eight different divisions, four of which she had no previous experience in.

Her mother, Jodie, exclaimed a huge thank you to Glover Paddocks.

“I thank her amazing coaches Tasmin, Andrea, and Sarah as well as her sponsor Hera Luxe Equestrian and of course Wally [Kendra’s horse].”
