Wit Bulle in Durban: One draw, a win and one loss

Another year of mixed fortunes for Monnas' Wit Bulle at Kearsney Easter Rugby Festival.

Hoërskool Monument High School again had mixed fortunes at this year’s Kearsney Easter Rugby Festival (KERF).

According to the spokesperson for the KERF, Sue Miles, after a draw to Glenwood and a defeat to Durban High School in their first two games, Hoërskool Monument were made to work hard for an eventual 26–21 win over Milnerton High on Day 3, having led 19–0 at halftime.

She added Monnas also had a player in the festival’s All Stars Team, namely winger Ruan Genis.

She concluded Monnas lost their match against Durban High School 17–32, not to mention their score against Glenwood was a draw with 26–all.
