HIGH School Merensky hosted their matric farewell with a “Frozen” theme on the 1st October at Fairview Hotel.
As word spread fast around town, the Class of 2014 won Jacaranda FM’s “make our Farewell Famous” competition, and had the privilege of the well-known Arod as their DJ, thus ruling the dance floor till pumpkin hour.
DJ Arod went the extra mile, playing recorded dedications from well-known artists like Lianie May, Jack Parrow and Jay throughout the evening.
The Plasie girls looked simply stunning, and the scrubbed up boys acted like true celebrities on the catwalk.
The scrumptious four course meal served by the Grade 11 ice maidens and gents, complemented the Frozen theme. All and sundry enjoyed a memorable snow covered evening, and for the Matric class of 2014, it truly granted a moment frozen in time!
