The South African Police Services in the Tzaneen Cluster is readily available for 24 hours to attend to any policing related report, incident, complain or accurately, professionally and on time.

The SAPS have also established additional channels of communication from members of the Community as follows:
*In front of the community service centres at each police station including at the cluster office in Tzaneen, there is a suggestion box to drop in any crime information or complaint or service appraisal by members of the community.
*When you drop any information in this box, you may not identify yourself but the information must be clear and accurate for the police management to be able to attend to it on time.
“The SAPS is here to create a safe and secure environment for all the people in South Africa with the existence of the user-friendly facilities as mentioned above. Every member of the community is therefore encouraged to utilise them effectively and efficiently in the fight against crime,” says Ngoepe.
