Deeper Bus just love making music
Deeper Bus real name Bassie Mzimba from Phalaborwa, Namakgale is waving his path in the music industry with House music.
Deeper bus said he realized his love of deep house music in the year 2000, but it was in 2006 when he moved to Pretoria were he stayed with Jaguar Paw of Deep Forest SA and that is where his enthusiasm to the deep house music grew.
Jaguar Paw introduced him to DJing, and with CDJ100 that Jaguar Paw owned, he taught himself the techniques and learned the art of DJing.
He said that they use to go for clubbing in different places around Pretoria and that is where Djing became part of him.
He then moved to Middelburg Mpumalanga in 2009 where he met DJs like Grazy G, Ndaba, Cubique CB DJ, who helped him nurture his love of house music.
‘The name Deeper Bus was inspired by people/Fans that used to listen to his mix tapes, they liked the kind of music he played then the name Deeper Bus was born,’ said Deeper bus.
To date he shared a DJ booth with a number of DJs including Darque, Nestee Nev, Cubique Dj, Andy Compton, FunkDeepStar,Vinny Da Vince, Jaguar Paw, DJ Ganyane, Malankane,Chymamusique Jaquar Paw and MassiveTunes.
He then opened a label called Team DeeperBus which consist of three djs Deeper Bus,Nyama and Massive tunes the label is powered by Lebidike owned by Big Ken the manager of M2K event.
He has played at the following joints House 22 in Pretoria, Catch up Zone (Middelburg), Manyeke Chisa Nyama (Lydenburg), Jaraz Butchery and Car Wash (Botlokwa) and The Corner Couche in Makhushane.
