The Herald has been reliably informed that the swimming pool, recently refurbished at a cost of more than R7 million is leaking and the municipality has acquired the services of another contractor at an additional cost to re-do the work.
Municipal spokesperson, Neville Ndlala dismissed the allegations as untrue, saying they decided to postpone the event because of the unavailability of life guards.
