“It is alleged that she was last seen over the weekend together with her husband until a missing report was made at the local Police Station”, said Lieutenant Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe.
A joint intensive search was then conducted by various Police Units and the community.
“It was not possible to see any visible injuries on the deceased’s body because she was in a state of decomposition but the post mortem will tell”, he further stated.
“The motive behind this death is still unknown but domestic violence cannot be ruled out”, said Ngoepe.
A 35 year old man who is the deceased’s husband was arrested for further investigations.
