VIDEO: Tzaneeners thoughts on #SONA2017

Hear what Tzaneen's residents have to say about #SONA2017

The whole country is waiting in anticipation for the State of the Nation Address (SONA) by the President of South Africa, Jacob Zuma tonight.

This year’s theme is “The year of Oliver Reginald Tambo, Unity in Action Together Moving South Africa Forward,” and it also marks the 10th address by the President.

Some members of the community of Tzaneen said that they cannot wait to hear Zuma address the nation and how he is going to tackle corruption and unemployment.

“I expect the president to address students needs such as free education,” said Nelson Ramogola, a Tzaneen resident.

The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) will attend the occasion and news reports indicate that the EFF might disrupt the address based on Mbuyiseni Ndlozi’s comment on the Citizen, “we will be inside the assembly to hold Zuma accountable.”
