The accident near Mogoloboto was reported to have claimed three lives and left two others in hospital.

One of the deceased, Helly Manzini (31), was the senior manager at Spur in Tzaneen.

Bessie and Riaan Heine, co-owners of the restaurant told Letaba Herald that Manzini was an excellent worker and a charming individual.

The staff at Spur are heartbroken, and extend their sincere condolences to the family and friends.

The details surrounding the accident are still unclear.
