TZANEEN: Crime reports for the week
Maake police outside Tzaneen have arrested 20 people between the ages of 19 and 35 for various criminal activities over the past week.

According to Maake Police Spokeperson Constable Emmanule Manabe, three suspects were arrested for robbery with a firearm, one for armed robbery and possession of an unlicensed firearm and one for common assault.
Three suspects were arrested for rape, one for robbery with a weapon other than a firearm and two for assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
One suspect was arrested for robbery with aggravating circumstances, one for possession of magazine and 15 rounds of live ammunition and two for shoplifting.
One suspect was arrested for failure to comply with a traffic officer’s instruction, two for driving under the influence of liquor and one for armed robbery.
One suspect was arrested for murder.
Police in Tzaneen have arrested 28 people for various criminal activities over the past week.

Three suspects were arrested for possession of dagga, two were arrested for assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and six were arrested for shoplifting.
One suspect was arrested for violation of protection order, two were arrested for theft out of a motor vehicle and one suspect was arrested for possession of suspected stolen property.
Three suspects were arrested for theft, two were arrested for possession of pangolin and one for house breaking and theft.
One suspect was arrested for drinking and driving, one for drunk & drive and one for common robbery.
Two suspects were arrested for common assault, one for house breaking with intent to steal and one for malicious injury to property.
Meanwhile, Jonty Makabula Ramaila (26) was sentenced to three months imprisonment or R300 fine for theft.
Accused was not declared unfit to possess firearm.
Police in Bolobedu have arrested suspects for various criminal activities over the past week.
According to Police Spokesperson Captain Kgetha Ramphele, one suspect was arrested for drunken driving, four for assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and one for rape.
Five suspects were arrested for posession of dagga, one for house breaking and theft and one for malicious injury to property.
One suspect was arrested for public drinking and two for fraud.
Letsitele police have arrested 43 suspects for various crimes over the past week.
According to Police Spokesperson Constable Ntsako Reoh Mabunda, one suspect was arrested for rape, one for malicious damage to property and nine for assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
Six suspects were arrested for common assault, one for intimidation and one for violation of protection order.
One suspect was arrested for failing to appear in court, two for robbery aggravating and one for possession of suspected stolen properties
Two suspects were arrested for theft, sixteen for road Traffic Act and one for public indecency after he was caught urinating in public.
Two suspects for drunken drive and three for drinking in public.
