19-month-old baby among three found dead in Bolobedu

Three people, including a 19-month old baby, were found dead in the Bolobedu Policing area of the Tzaneen Cluster.

Three people, including a 19-month old baby, were found dead Ga-Maphalle village in the Bolobedu Policing area of the Tzaneen Cluster in the early hours of last Thursday, June 28.

It is alleged that police were notified and upon arrival found the bodies of a 38-year-old woman who had suffered from multiple stab wounds as well as a 57-year-old man and a 19-month-old girl who, according to Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe, Limpopo Corporate Communication and Liaison, had an “unknown substance coming out of their mouths”.

The motive behind the incident is still unknown but domestic violence may not be ruled out and murder cases have been opened.

The deceased were identified as follows: Moleke Livy Mohlaloganye (57) who is an educator at Maupa High School, Mapula Adelaide Lehlogonolo Maphalle (38) and Mosibudi Sabetha Maphalle (19 months).
