TZANEEN: R15k bail for Fourie

His lawyer pled on the merits of human rights and deprivation of liberty, which saw to Fourie's bail application being approved and set at R15 000.

Phillip Fourie (62) appeared again in the Tzaneen Magistrate Court this morning, where he stood in front of the magistrate with a new lawyer by his side.

He appeared briefly, looking rather exhausted and this time, having support from his family who attended the bail hearing.
