Tzaneen well represented at #Indaba2019

Hanekom told The LETABA HERALD that the Indaba is not a waste of money, but it is essential for the growth and improvement of the South African tourism industry.

Minister of Tourism, Derek Hanekom officially opened Africa Travel Indaba in Durban International Convention Centre on Thursday.

Hanekom told The LETABA HERALD that the Indaba is not a waste of money,  but it is essential for the growth and improvement of the South African tourism industry.

Masete Letoloane, Maruleng Municipality; Modise Mashale; Ba-phalaborwa Municipality; Lesley Mangany, Greater Tzaneen Municipality and Nature Mkhantswa, Maruleng Municipality.

He further encouraged people to visit Tzaneen and other parts of the country that are not well known.

Tzaneen is well represented with Letaba Herald’s edition of tourism in our area.

Local lodges were also represented in the Indaba such as Tzaneen Country Lodge, Mashutti Lodge and Letaba River Lodge to name but a few.

The Mopani District Municipality was also represented by officials from the five local municipalities.

The event will run until Saturday afternoon.
