Hoedspruit: Man (45) attacked on farm, found in a pool of blood

The Police in Hoedspruit launched a massive manhunt for the suspect(s) that attacked a 45-year-old man on a farm outside Hoedspruit CBD.

According to Col Moatshe Ngeope, it is alleged that on Thursday 9 May at around 16:00, the victim received information about people who planned to poach on the farm where he work.

“He followed this information and later, his colleagues contacted him but he was nowhere to be found. They started searching for him throughout the farm. They later found him lying in a pool of blood with multiple stab wounds throughout his body. He was immediately taken to hospital for medical treatment,” Ngoepe said.

The Police were notified about the incident, reacted swiftly and a manhunt for the suspects ensued.

Police investigations are still continuing.
