Notice of application for amendment of land use scheme by rezoning, subdivision and consolidation of land parcels in terms of section 86(2) and 87(1), (2) of the Ba-Phalaborwa land use by-law of 2016.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT OF LAND USE SCHEME BY REZONING, SUBDIVISION AND CONSOLIDATION OF LAND PARCELS IN TERMS OF SECTION 86(2) AND 87(1), (2) OF THE BA-PHALABORWA LAND USE BY-LAW OF 2016.

Phil Shihundla Land Surveyors (Pty) Ltd , being the authorized agent of the registered owner , hereby give notice that we have applied for subdivision , consolidation and rezoning of the erven as listed hereunder, in terms of Section 49(2)(a),&(b) and Section 60(2) of the Ba-Phalaborwa Land Use By-Law.

1. Subdivision of the Remainder of Erf 3487 of Namakgale-B Township

2. Consolidation of the resultant subdivision with portion 2 of Erf 3487 of Namakgale-B Township

3. Rezoning of the consolidated parcel from Parking to Business.

Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal working hours at the Town Planning Offices, Flea Market, along R71 Road and opposite the Engine Garage, Namakgale Township, for a period of 30 days from 5 January 2021, the date of first publication of this notice.

Objections to or representations in respect of the application may be lodged with or made in writing to: The Municipal Manager, Town Planning Office, Private Bag X01020, Phalaborwa, 1390 or at the address stated above.
