From Tzaneen to the universe

The whole country will be rooting for Miss South Africa 2022, Ndavi Nokeri to bring the Miss Universe crown home on Saturday, January 14.

The Tzaneen-born and bred beauty queen, is currently in the United States of America, where the 71st edition of the global pageant will be taking place at the New Orleans Morial Convention Centre in Louisiana. South Africans will be able to watch the event live on Sunday, January 15 at 03:00.  Nokeri arrived in the US on Wednesday, January 4.

On her Instagram page she wrote; “Here we go South Africa, I carry you with me”. Social media pages are abuzz with her beauty and brains. Missosology, a beauty pageant website, selected its top 20 contestants, who they think will do great in the competition.

According to the site, Nokeri took the seventh position and praised her for her brightness and eloquence. She has also been posting photos of herself with other contestants such as Miss Thailand, Miss India and Miss Armenia just to name but a few.

Nokeri has updated her look and has replaced her normal ponytail and braids with a stunning medium length curly wig. To vote Nokeri into the semi-finals, visit www.missuniverse.com and click on Ndavi Nokeri and choose the different voting options which are available on the site.
