Learners impress at Tritech competition in Tzaneen

Frans du Toit High School and Meridian College learners achieve success at Tritech competition held at Merensky Agricultural Academy in Tzaneen.

LIMPOPO – Frans du Toit High School and Meridian College learners participated in the Tritech science and technology competition hosted at Merensky Agricultural Academy in Tzaneen on Saturday, October 12.

Three of Frans du Toit High School learners, Yvette Pilusa and Aaliyah Usmani received bronze certificates based on their performance and Mbali Mthimkhulu received a certificate of participation.

Meanwhile, from Meridian College, Tapiwa Ngobeni (Gr 12) won an individual bronze medal in the life sciences category. Ngobeni and his co-learner, Mpendulo Mduli (Gr 11), competed as the Black Mambas team winning a gold medal.
