Tzaneen Bowls Competition Held
The Spar Sponsored Day was widely supported, with teams from all over the province participating.
Superspar Tzaneen owner, Allen Brett, recently arranged and sponsored the Spar Sponsored Day bowls competition to support the Impala and Limpopo provincial players with the costs involved with their upcoming tournaments.

Transport and accommodation costs can run into thousand of rands and some players find it difficult to meet these demands.

Everyone present enjoyed the day’s festivities and were later spoiled when the staff of Tzaneen Superspar entertained the guests with Christmas carols.
Wally Duncan, President of Limpopo, thanked everybody for this special effort.

“We at Tzaneen Bowls Club are very proud of our players as every year we have the bulk of players filling the various Limpopo and Inter District teams,” remarked Wessel Pretorius, Tzaneen Bowls Club President (TBC).
Pretorius went on to say, “we are trusting that Tzaneen Superspar will be able to do this on a regular base and we will support them 100%.”
