TZANEEN: Pilusa performs well at the Arro Rally Championshps

One of Tzaneen's favourite rally drivers, Peter Pilusa, has once again done the town proud in the Arro National Rally Championship in Bronkhorspruit over the past weekend.

Pilusa, managed to get position three at Round one in Group D of the competition.

This was the first championship of the year and the next one will be held in Secuda, Mpumalanga in May.

He told Letaba Herald that he is happy with his achievement because he managed to get a podium position, however sponsorship is still a challenge.

In the near future he is hoping to open a rally training academy.

He says he has his sponsors to thank for his achievement, Midas, S&J Auto, BB Motors, his mechanical learners at his company, Vision Automotive Training and Brandon Ferns, his navigator.
