The Queen actor, finally graduates after 9 years of enrolling

The Queen actor, Vukosi Mashele, finally completed his BSc degree in Physics and Statistics.

He told the Herald that he is ecstatic and that it is his greatest achievement yet.

“I finally managed to complete it. It took me nine years.

“I want to motivate those who have quit or are contemplating to give up, to not do it.

“Learn the art of completion, finish what you have started, it doesn’t matter how long it takes.”

He said the Covid-19 pandemic has contributed to the high number of drop-outs in the country.

“Today I’m happy that I soldiered on. You too can finish that project you started,” he said.

The young go-getter from Bonn village outside Letsitele has declared the year 2021 as his year of acquiring knowledge and skills.

He recently also graduated as a life coach and a neuro-linguistic practitioner from the Subconscious Frequency Academy.

The academy was founded by Tzaneen’s Thabiso Mailula, who is a master coach and an international inspirational speaker.

Mashele has now established his own practice called ‘Metamorphosis Coaching by Vukosi Mashele’, where he teaches how to live a conscious life and wellness.

Although he is currently based in Gauteng, he also conducts his sessions virtually. Last year was a big year to him as an actor.

He bagged a role in The Queen, playing a ruthless thug and had another role in Unmarried.

He recently also filmed two films called ‘Ka fiwa’ and ‘Rirhandzu’ with Tzaneen’s Samrec Productions.

He told the Herald that it was a great experience to act at home with stars such as Jerry Mofomane, Fumani Shiluvana and Obed Baloyi.

He concluded by encouraging young people to enroll for an acting course while studying as the knowledge gained will come in handy throughout their careers; but not to abondon their original studies.

“Never quit, it is not an option,” he said.
