Molatelo represents Limpopo in Miss Teen Universe

Tzaneen's Molatelo Makhurupetje will be representing Limpopo Province at the Miss Teen Universe South Africa event in Durban on Sunday, March 12.

The 16 year-old pageant princess is a Grade 9 learner at Ben Vorster High School and regards herself as an advocate for gender equality. “I believe that all genders should have equal rights and equal opportunities. Women and girls are capable of doing what men and boys do. “she said.

She is also passionate about giving back to the community and making sure that youngsters succeed in their educational journey. She recently donated school shoes and sanitary pads at Sebone Primary School. Her pageant journey started in 2018, when she was doing Grade 5, with Ace Models Limpopo Central. In 2021 she was crowned Miss Beauty Mokopane Junior and also Miss Little Waterberg.

Last year she was selected as a semi-finalist of the Miss Teen Universe South Africa and fortunately she also qualified to be a finalist representing the province. The Vossie girl, is also passionate about sports and loves playing netball.
