Taxi passengers injured in collision

A collision between a mini-bus taxi and a mega-bus left at least 10 people injured.

The accident occurred on the corner of Cowen Ntuli and Boncker Street near the Isuzu Dealer at around 06:30 this morning.

The bus involved, was carrying employees of Columbus Steel.

Fortunately none of the occupants in the bus were injured, but the passengers in the mini-bus taxi were rushed off to hospital for treatment.

•The police are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
